Wes regularly advises EdTech companies on business, operational, and go-to-market strategies and works with senior leaders at universities around the world.

Moira brings 25+ years of experience in higher education administration and the EdTech industry to Doctums Global. She has held senior leadership and strategy roles at Ellucian and Oracle overseeing professional services, product management, client engagement and advocacy. Moira began her career in higher education as the University Controller at Mount Allison University in Atlantic Canada.

Fred brings 25+ years of project and operations management experience to his role at Doctums. He has held senior leadership positions at Ellucian, leading enterprise-wide initiatives at large university and community college systems. Doctums' clients benefit from Fred's experience serving non-higher education clients such as Discover Card, Delta Air Lines, and United Technologies.

Max brings 20+ years of higher education experience to Doctums. He has held leadership roles at Blackbaud and Ellucian, where he was responsible for field sales operations and worked with higher education institutions to develop ROI and technology investment strategies. Max's hands-on sales and channel operations experience includes planning, developing, and successfully executing transformational programs for global organizations.

Salvador is a multicultural, hands-on Information Technology leader specializing in higher education. He brings 20+ years of relevant experience to his role at Doctums, including deep expertise in business process redesign and customer journey mapping–helping clients modernize their operations. Salvador served as Senior Director at Laureate International Universities, where he co-developed a global template for deploying their enterprise technology solution across the global Laureate network.

JJ brings 20+ years of experience to his role at Doctums. He has worked at one of the largest global for-profit institutions where he was involved in the implementation of a global ERP template. Throughout his career, JJ has been responsible for providing training and consulting services, leading student information system implementation teams, and advising on strategies to implement best practices in constituent experience. He is a university instructor, workshop speaker, and evangelist for business process redesign methodologies.

Joe is responsible for understanding the needs of higher education institutions and identifying technology solutions to help them achieve their goals, and supporting them as partners. He brings over two decades of technology experience, working in higher education, non-profits and state government. This experience ranges from Advancement and fundraising to ERP implementations in the cloud as well as security, connectivity, communications and regulatory compliance. This diverse background helps Joe understand many of the challenges facing institutions today and work with them to find solutions and services that align with their strategies and objectives.

With three decades of experience serving higher education, Josh has been a leader in engineering and product delivery at Ellucian, specifically focusing on student information systems. Throughout his time there, he discovered his true passion: growing leaders.
